Our History

Originally established in 1953 as DuBose & Associates, Valuesure Agency was founded with the purpose of offering Texas homeowners the best coverage possible at the rates they could afford. 

For nearly 70 years, our agency operated as an affiliate of Colonial Savings Bank in Fort Worth, Texas. Through the years, DuBose & Associates expanded their insurance offerings to include auto coverage, small business insurance, boat and RV insurance, and surety products.

In 2022, Insurors Indemnity Company acquired Colonial Lloyds and its affiliated insurance agency, DuBose & Associates. The agency’s name was subsequently changed to Valuesure Agency, Inc.

Although our name has changed, our commitment to our policyholders has remained the same: to offer the right coverage, at the right price.

As part of the Insurors Indemnity group of companies, Valuesure Agency will continue to operate with our policyholders in mind by offering diverse, competitively priced and comprehensive insurance products.
